1988

Our journey began in tourism with the launch of the Nile Cruise Crocodile, marking our first step into the Egyptian travel industry.

1995

We started serving small groups, offering personalized travel experiences tailored to international guests. 1995 – Opened our Hurghada office, expanding operations beyond Cairo and strengthening our presence in the Red Sea region.

1996

We launched our transportation services with a single Microbus. By 2025, this evolved into one of Egypt’s most modern and diverse transportation fleets.

1998

Began operating charter flights from Belgium and the Netherlands, expanding our reach within European markets.

2002

• Continued our growth with the opening of offices in Sharm El Sheikh and Marsa Alam, strengthening our operational footprint along the Red Sea coast.
• Major investments were made in developing a diversified bus fleet capable of serving various market segments and travel needs.
• Entered Eastern European markets with charter operations, starting with 80-seat aircraft and rapidly expanding to 50 flights in the region.


2007

Became the first DMC in Egypt to operate charter flights from the Portuguese market, with our inaugural flight carrying 340 passengers.

2008

Strengthened our presence in the U.S. market through a unique program connecting the United States to Egypt via European stopovers.

2009

Developed our third property, Sharm Naga Diving Lounge, introducing a distinctive diving and marine experience in the Red Sea.

2012

Achieved strong market leadership across the Baltic markets, becoming one of the region’s leading Egypt-focused operators.


2013

Opened a new operational office in Taba, supporting growing tourism flows to the Sinai region.

2014

Expanded into the FIT segment, welcoming over 4,500 individual guests within two years, while also successfully entering the Canadian market.

2021

Extended operations to Egypt’s North Coast, introducing new incoming tourism programs.

2025

Launched two distinctive hospitality concepts in Naga Bay, south of Hurghada, introducing 600 new rooms and further expanding our hospitality portfolio.
